nxtmove.co.in. NXT MOVE is marketed by AGNISH BEAUTY, O7, Ashiyana Complex,
Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
1. Shipping
We deliver across India to serviceable pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to
check availability.
Processing time: orders are dispatched within [1–3] working days of confirmation.
Delivery time: we do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. Once dispatched, your order
is handed to our delivery partner, and delivery may be delayed due to the delivery
partner, your location or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges: FREE.
You will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your order ships.
We are not liable for delays caused by our delivery partners, weather, strikes or other
events beyond our control.
Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. If delivery
fails because of incorrect details or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to
us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
2. Checking Your Parcel
Please record an unboxing video, starting before you open the parcel, showing the
shipping label and the contents.
Do not accept a parcel that appears tampered with or visibly damaged. Inform us
immediately.
