Welcome to NXT MOVE. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our
website nxtmove.co.in ("Website") and your purchase of our products. By browsing,
subscribing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy
and Shipping & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About Us
NXT MOVE is a perfume brand marketed by AGNISH BEAUTY, O7, Ashiyana Complex,
Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our").

2. Products
Our fragrances are sold as Eau de Parfum. Current range: CHECKMATE and IN
COMMAND.
Colours, bottle appearance and packaging may look slightly different on your screen
than in person.
Scent perception differs from person to person and depends on skin chemistry.
Longevity and sillage are not guaranteed.
We may add, change or discontinue products at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
otherwise. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is printed on the box.
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed
by third-party gateways; we do not store your card or bank details.
We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order
by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected
fraud, pricing error or an undeliverable address. If you have already paid, we will refund
in full.

5. Safety and Usage Warnings
Perfume is highly flammable. Keep away from fire, flame, heat and direct sunlight. Do
not spray near a flame or while smoking.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with
water.
Do not spray on broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Patch test before first use. A full ingredient list is printed on the packaging; check it if
you have allergies.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
6. Limited Editions and Subscription
From time to time we may release limited-edition pieces in restricted quantities.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you subscribe to the NXT MOVE membership or mailing list, you may receive offers
and priority access to limited launches. Priority access improves your chance of
purchase but does not guarantee stock.
Subscription benefits, offers and eligibility may change. You can unsubscribe at any time
using the link in our messages or by contacting us.
7. Customer Reviews and Submissions
You may post reviews, ratings and photos. By doing so, you confirm the content is
honest, based on your own experience and does not infringe anyone's rights.
You grant us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and use your
submission on our Website and marketing channels.
We may remove content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, spam or off-topic.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including the NXT MOVE name, logo, crown-cap design, bottle
and packaging design, fragrance names and taglines, images, text and graphics, is owned
by or licensed to AGNISH BEAUTY. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use
any of it commercially without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Website for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorised access or
disrupt the Website; use bots or scrapers; resell our products as genuine through
unauthorised channels while misrepresenting your affiliation with us; or post harmful or
infringing content.
10. Authenticity and Authorised Sellers
Only products bought from our official Website and authorised sellers are guaranteed to be
genuine. We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorised third parties.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Website and products are provided on an "as is" basis, to the extent permitted by
law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim
relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection
Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
